Popular chef and restaurateur Joey Maggiore\u2014of the popular over-the-top brunch destination Hash Kitchen\u2014is ready to help others take it up a notch with his newest venture, a cookbook titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BRUNCH KING: Eats, Beats, and Boozy Drinks.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The book features recipes for favorites ranging from Bananas Foster Pancakes and Cannoli Donuts to Billionaire\u2019s Bacon, Birria Bao Benedict, Ten-Layer Breakfast Lasagna, Cre\u0300me Bru\u0302le\u0301e Waffles with Strawberries, Biscuits and Gravy \u201cYorkshire Puddings,\u201d Build Your Own Bloody Marys, and Mega Mimosas topped with cotton candy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In all, there are 70 recipes for what he dubs &#8220;flamboyantly delicious dishes.&#8221; The book\u2019s chapters include Gangsta Sweets: So Good It\u2019s Almost Criminal, Let\u2019s Get Cracking, and Hash, Hash Baby,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">along with a set list of tunes to dance to as your preparing the food and eating it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chef Joey, as he&#8217;s called, opened his first restaurant when he was just 19.
