On June 8 and 9, experience Southeast Asia at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM).<\/span><\/p>\n

Celebrate the diverse music of Southeast Asia with a series of traditional dances, live performances, instrument explorations, and more for the whole family, with activities that include instrument exploration of the Gamelan Ensemble; gallery tours of Southeast Asia led by the curator for Asia and Oceania, Eddie Chia-Hao Hsu; pop-up performances of the \u0111\u00e0n tranh plucked zither, a popular traditional instrument of Vietnam, and Rojak Jam\u2019s arrangements of Malaysian traditional folk songs; and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

The schedule includes the following. All activities happen on Saturday and Sunday unless noted otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Craft: Wayang Puppet<\/b><\/p>\n
