Scottsdale Quarter Announces Redevelopment With New Retailers, Dining Destinations

Scottsdale Quarter, which opened 15 years ago and offers a mix of dining, entertainment, retail, residential, and office space, has announced it is undergoing a major redevelopment, with an array of new retailers and eateries to debut at the popular mixed-use development.
According to representatives for the Quarter, the transformation will take place on North Street, and several new storefronts will be introduced. The Quad, South Street, and 72nd Place will also welcome new destinations.
Several new locations have already opened, including Aroma 360, which offers luxurious home fragrances, and clothing stores alice + olivia, American Threads, and Reformation.
The new retailers coming soon are:
- Ariat: High-quality performance footwear and apparel.
- Bee & Co.: A curated selection of products that promote natural and wholesome well-being, from home goods to health remedies and beauty products.
- Jenni Kayne: Minimalist and chic designs for apparel and home essentials.
- Hammer Made: Men’s clothing.
- Pandora: Jewelry.
- Williams Sonoma: Kitchenware and home furnishings.
New dining destinations will be:
- Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams: Artisanal ice creams.
- Sweet Paris Creperie: Sweet and savory crepes.
“We are delighted to initiate this redevelopment, bringing an enhanced shopping and dining experience to Scottsdale Quarter,” says Zach Buckhardt, general manager of Scottsdale Quarter. “Our goal is to continually evolve and offer our community the best in retail, dining, and entertainment. These new additions reflect our commitment to providing a dynamic and lively destination for all our visitors.”
