By Michelle Glicksman | September 14, 2023
Amelia’s by EAT is now open in McCormick Ranch.
The modern neighborhood eatery and market offers local and organically sourced menu offerings, scratch-made cocktails, wine, bakery items, coffee, and artisan market goods.
Amelia’s by EAT in McCormick Ranch is named for founder Stacey Weber’s grandmother, promises to be an extension of all that Weber’s customers have come to love about EAT—her healthy, organic meals she prepares for delivery—within a new concept.

“I’m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia’s customers,” says owner and chef Stacey Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007. “We will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding freshly baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with house-made syrups, and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating well easy and enjoyable. I’m creating the place I’ve always wanted at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale.”
Amelia’s will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will offer an all-day counter service menu including a BYOB (build your own board) nosh board, fresh handcrafted cocktails, grab-and-go food, beverages, and grocery items.
There are also EAT classics such as the Stacey’s Famous Chicken Rice Enchilada and Gluten Free Pot Pie, a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches including the Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi and Greek Falafel Salad, and a plethora of breakfast, bakery, and dessert options. The modern McCormick Ranch restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and features live acoustic music on select nights, along with intimate Sunday suppers.
