JOJO Coffeehouse Unveils Its Spring Menu Specials
By Joan | March 12, 2024
JOJO Coffeehouse is celebrating spring with a limited-time menu, which includes fresh, seasonal twists on classic breakfast and brunch favorites. The locally owned breakfast and brunch restaurant is introducing a selection of breakfast dishes, specialty coffees, and a fruity new cocktail, available through May 31.
The spring menu includes three flavorful dishes to choose from: The JOJO BLTA, featuring smoked thick-cut bacon, house-made chive garlic aioli, mixed greens, sliced ripe tomatoes, and fresh Hass avocado on served on toasted artisan sourdough; Berries ‘N’ Crème Pancakes, layered with house-made berry crème and fresh seasonal berries topped with hand-crafted berry whip; and Spring Avocado Toast, served on sliced baguette, topped with herbed tomatoes, creamy goat cheese, thinly sliced radish, and finished with micro greens dressed with fresh citrus and balsamic glaze.
There are also two new espresso drinks: The Honey & Lavender Latte adds sweetness from locally sourced honey and floral notes of lavender paired with JOJO’s house blend espresso. The Pistachio Cream Cold Brew is made with JOJO’s signature cold brew, topped with house-prepared pistachio cold foam for subtle richness and nutty, earthy taste.
For guests looking for something refreshing to sip, there is The Elderberry Fizz, a champagne-based cocktail with a bright and botanical spin featuring crushed strawberries and fresh lime, elderflower syrup, and a splash of rose water.
“Our incredible kitchen team and baristas are always looking at how we can create something new. Spring is such a wonderful time in Arizona, we wanted to give our guests a delicious taste of the season,” explains JOJO Coffeehouse owner, Mike Melton.
Of course, the locale’s signature mimosa and coffee flights are still available, alongside a full breakfast and brunch menu.
The restaurant is open daily, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekdays and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Weekend brunch-goers can also enjoy live music on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11 a.m.
