Ready for a drink?
Bushmills Irish Whiskey—the official whiskey of the PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions—formed a partnership with PGA TOUR professional, Arizona golf pro, and fan favorite Joel Dahmen, naming him the brand’s first-ever official “whiskey caddie.”
For his first line of business as a whiskey caddie, Dahmen is joining Arnold Palmer and John Dal, in creating his own signature cocktail, Joel’s Juicy Lie, which will be available at PGA Tour stops across the country—including Scottsdale, of course.

“Pioneers of our craft, we celebrate those who honor tradition but never let it get in their way, and this partnership with Joel Dahmen celebrates those who ‘chart their own course,'” says a rep for Bushmills.
In his role as whiskey caddie, Dahmen will do the same for whiskey drinkers that his caddie Geno Bonnalie does for him on and off the golf course—make life easier. In order to do so, Dahmen is buying everyone their first roundFans 21 and over can purchase a Bushmills at the bar and upload a photo of their receipt at www.bushmills.com/clubhouse for $10 back.
“I’m excited to join Bushmills at its first-ever whiskey caddie,” says Dahmen. “My caddie Geno makes my life easier on the golf course, so that is the favor I want to return to golf fans making their whiskey decisions. It’s cool to watch fans enjoying golf with Arnold Palmer and John Daly’s drinks in their hands, but now it’s my turn. It’ll be great to introduce golf fans to Joel’s Juicy Lie out on the course, and to sweeten the deal, I’m buying the first round!”
